CLEAR Radiology is a state-of-the-art Diagnostic & Medical Imaging Center located in Mile 17Buea, South West R egion p roviding US-type o utclient imaging services including but not limited to CT Scans, Mammography, Ultrasound, X-ray, Dental Panoramic CT, 2D and 3D maternal ultrasound, cancer screening, diagnosis and education. Main Description

As the face of the company and the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, this is a very critical role requiring exceptional c ustomer service s kills and strong c omputer skills.

This is not an entry level position. The hired person will also bear the titles of Medical Receptionist and Front Office Coordinator and must have a proven record of being reliable, a countable, ethical and trustworthy. The right candidate with t he correct level of experience will get additional training.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Be 100% committed to provide outstanding customer service to all clients at all times,
    ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Cordially and personally welcomes, greets and checks-in each new clients upon arrival.
  •  Verify client identity and enter/scans in their demographic information into our Medical
    Records computer software and registry
  •  Enter client’s vitals (HPI) into Medical Records after they see the doctor
  • Answer basic questions from clients on the types of tests being offered in our clinic
  •  Answer phones calls in a professional manner and provide appoinments to clients
  • Coordinate and confirm scheduled imaging appointments with Technologists
  • Respond to cutomers online requests via our website, social media and google
  • Make out-going calls to client informing them when test results are available
  • Communicates and responds to inquiries from diasporans who need to schedule tests
  • Works with cashier to confirm online and momo payments
  • Assist with uploading scans to our PACS system
  • Educate clients about the imaging procedure and address their concerns
  • Maintain clients’ records during and after procedures, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Consults with referring doctors by telephone in a courteous manner.
  • Burns CDs, and prepares report sleeves.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strictly follow written protocols, procedures and checklists while maintaining a high level
    of customer service and quality client care.

Required Competencies

  • Must be university educated or HND from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience as a customer service representative or
    receptionist, or administarative assistant in a medical or office setting
  • Very comfortable and proficient with main microsoft suites (MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Fluent in English and a minimum of working knowledge in French
  • Ability to stay calm at all times, think on your feet and take initiative.
  • Job requires prolonged sitting
  • Maintains effective working relationships with other staff, clients, and the ability to work
    independently.
  • Positive helpful attitude and professional attire at all times.
